Co-Processors for Quantum Devices Workbook

This mathematica script implements a new isospectral transformation for tridiagonal matrices based on the Toda flow. It allows the development of coupling schemes for novel application such as creation of GHZ states by the dynamics of the transverse Ising model, and the implementation of optimal universal cloning of qubits.
